Characteristics of LP series drum motors:
Housing: provides IP 66 protection degree and is made in versions:
- aluminum alloys (standard)
- anodized from aluminum alloys
- made of stainless steel
- covered with rubber or non-slip tape
- aluminum alloys with a belt guiding groove or with a multi-groove surface
Electric motor: squirrel-cage induction motor 60 to 750 W with thermal switch, supply voltage 1 x 110 V; 1 x 220/240 V; 3 x 220/240 V or 3 x 380/415 V, for 50 or 60 Hz
Gear: planetary type, 2-3-4 stages, enabling constant linear speeds from 0.027 to 1.25 m / s, made of high-strength plastics (for discontinuous operation), plastic-metal or metal. The speed can be regulated in a wide range with the use of a frequency converter.
Bearings: precision bearings from renowned manufacturers
Lubrication and maintenance: maintenance-free
