Non driven roller conveyor series C80

Side profiles C 80x35x15/2,5 steel zinc coated.

Section modulus for one profile is equal 7 cm^3. Made of steel DX51D+Z275. Re=200 MPa.

Maximal length of single conveyor = 3 m.
Roller spacing is multiple of the holes spacing 33,33 mm.

In standard version the C80 series conveyor could be made with rollers:

•  RM.20 steel zinc coated rollers ø 50x1,5 (maximal roller load capacity 160 daN)
•  RT.42 plastic bearing housing, steel zinc coated tube ø 50x1,5 (max. roller load capacity 160 daN)
•  RM.20 steel zinc coated rollers ø 30x1,5 (max roller load capacity  60 daN)
•  RT.00 plastic bearing housing, steel zinc coated tube ø 30x1,5 (max roller laod capacity 14 daN)
