Flexible expandable roller conveyors
Flexible expandable conveyors allows to change the length of the conveyor and ease creating of bends. They are usually used for loading and unloading boxes from trucks, but find as well many other application.
The unique construction of the rollers support axle ensures high load capacity (load capacity of one axle for PR470 series conveyors is 85 kg and 57 kg for PR720 series conveyors). The side plates of scissor mechanism made of zinc galvanized U-shaped steel.
Technical data:
- rollers mounted on fi 20 tubes - load capacity of one axle: 85 kg for PR470 series conveyors and 57 kg for PR720 series conveyors
- high load capacity steel zinc coated short rollers, ø 50 mm, optional short plastic rollers, or with stell zinc galvanized tubes fi 40x1,5 (one long roller on axle)
- load capacity of one segment between legs: 160 kg
- ease to create bend, minimum inside radius for conveyors series PR470 ca. 600 mm
- adjustable working high with telescopic legs 700-980 mm.
