Non-driven roller conveyors series U100

Side profiles U 100x40/3 steel zinc coated.

Section modulus for one profile is equal 9 cm^3. Made of steel DX51D+Z275. Re=200 MPa.

The load capcity of the side profiles depends on the spacing of support legs:
1440 kg/mb (continuous distributed load) with legs spacing 1 m
640 kg/mb with legs spacing 1,5 m
360 kg/mb with legs spacing 2 m
   
The maximum length of the conveyor is 3 m.
 

In standard the conveyors are availabe with rollers:
- series RM.20 with steel zinc coated tube ø 60x2 mm (load capacity of one roller up to 160 daN)
- series RM.30 with steel zinc coated tube ø 60x2 mm (load capacity of one roller up to 240 daN)

Additional equipment: support legs, end stops, side guides and other.
